About "Compare Translations"
The "Compare Translations" page lets you obtain a table of translations from both the Google and Microsoft (church trained) automated translation APIs.
Set the input and output languages, and enter a list of words, phrases, or sentences to translate from in the "Input" box, one item per line
Click "Translate" to do the translation and table generation. The table appears in raw text in the "Output" field, and also as an HTML table below the output text box.
Copy the table from the edit box directly, or click the "Copy Result" button to copy to the clipboard.
Alternatively, click the "Export Result" button to export the contents of the output text box to a file.
Note that translations are cached. You can fix cached translations via the "Fix Google Cache" or "Fix Microsoft Cache" buttons. First edit the table in a spreadsheet to fill in the "Revised Translation" column for those entries needing fixing. Blank entries in this column will be ignored. Please be careful with this mechanism, as it will affect the content pipeline.
If you have administrator privilege, there will also be "Clear Google/Microsoft Cache" and "Display Google/Microsoft Cache" buttons.
